the problem is that I dont have the time to exercise much since I work about 10 hours a day and after that I have to take care of my baby and husband, and some a little bit of stuff around the house. Plus since I sit in front of my computer all day long, I don't burn many calories. I don't think I eat that bad or that much for that matter, it's just a matter of low metabolic rate because of not moving much.
I used to be a professional cyclist when I was younger, and after that, I worked out a lot, but now I'm a mommie, and you guys know that mommies don't have much me-time.
