The funny thing is I was feeling very healthy so I decided to go for a jog on an icy evening. Sucked a lot of very cold air into my lungs. The cold symptoms kicked in the next day.
I was doing all of the other exercise at home. Weight bench and Nordic Track. Mostly the Nordic Track.....Which is currently sitting about 5 feet from me. I could use it but I'm wrapped up in a blanket on the couch and rather comfy at the moment.
Could somebody bring me a cheeseburger please?
