thermogenics do VERY LITTLE to increase the total amount of calories burned per day without significant attention to diet and exercise. most pro bodybuilders maintain that the benefit is about 5-10% more calories burned per day. shooting cocaine wouldn't speed up your metabolism to the point that you were burning an extra 3500 calories a day without any other changes in daily habits or diet.
