He would only hire certain people, guys who were smart but poor , unambituous even, guys with wifes and families. He did this because he did not want employees to learn the biz and eventually start are own paysite(competition)!!!! He felt these type of indivduals posed the least amount of threat. Money makes people very strange. My only advice to you, if you want in the Biz, make sure you got a huge bank roll, at least 50 k. If you are buying content make sure it's exclusive or you wasting your money.Good Luck
