I'm still awaiting an order as well. I was given a Fed EX tracking #, but lost it. At the time, I did look it up, it said it would be delivered on the 12th (of april) and seemed pretty legit, but as of monday, I have received nothing.
I was set up with an FTP to grab pics - that did work. Can someone from HotWired check into this and make sure my order is completed and sent. We paid you guys maybe 60 days ago or longer. Unless the DVD was delivered yesterday or today, I still don't have it. I have been dealing with Jeff the whole time. Thanks.
