Maybe he was abused or even molested by his own parents (Gawd help them if they did). I think in this kinda situation parents should be the ones to get hung or atleast put to jail to make examples so other parents like them straighten up and either stop abusing/put themselves in rehab or help their kids in trouble. I am sorry but I have absolutely no sympathy for Cho or alike parents.

I don't think he was abused. Neither were the Columbine guys. In fact they had pretty nice lifestyles. The parents of the Columbine guys were guilty of not noticing the signs and doing something about it when they were CLEARLY there. No way my son has all that shit in his room and me not notice it. There are kids that have the shit beat out of them everyday and don't do this stuff. The one common theme is that they all claim they were bullied by their peers. So maybe they should be the ones punished. Now you could say if one is getting bullied constantly and his parents and school officials don't seem to be able or want to stop it then you can see why they feel the need to do this. Doesn't justify it, but you can see their so called "logic". So if anything at that point the adults involved are guilty of neglect.
As far as this guy, he was what, 23 and you want to jail or hang the parents? At which age is one responsible for his/her own actions?
