1) audio on a site is annoying; it's expected on something like a myspace page, but not on a regular web site
2) the flash is gloating with credits in the bottom. Who gives a fuck who created the flash? Put it in a credits page.
3) Your "menu" is merely a list of confusing icons that don't indicate what they do. If you mouseover them there is no description shown anywhere so it's a big guess what the hell each icon does.
4) when clicking on a menu icon it opens a new window. why??? (this is rhetorical -- don't bother answering). you open a new window when you LEAVE your site, not when you link inside of it. That's usability 101.
5) When the page loads the menu icons take way too long to "form" so you can even do something
6) no way to turn off the music
7) .info domains are the red-headed stepchildren of the TLDs
8) if the visitor isn't using a 1280 height browser then your menu is below the fold. Either your flash should adjust to fit the constraints of the screen or move your menu to the top.
9) home page source code is missing standard HTML, HEAD, and BODY tags
10) blog doesn't work
http://crystalized.info/blog/
11) your code is written as if someone doesn't understand CSS -- example-- "color: rgb(255, 255, 255);" instead of "color: white;" or "color: #ffffff;"
12) dont have access to the flash? Convert everything to GIFs or JPGs and dump the music. You will have the same site without the overhead. You're not getting anything out of the flash other than a "Loading..." message and menu icons that take too long to load and don't do anything particularly impressive.
There's more but these are some quick points to think about.
