I *like* the justice system here and it would be more appropriate for instances like Paymonde. Basically means the company officers get pulled from bed at 6 am by armed/hooded law enforcement and all premises sealed and secured. When that's done... along comes a judge with an entourage and sets up a "temporary court" on the premises and dispenses initial "instant justice" and ensures all evidence is covered/secured for a full trial. Perps can be locked up pending trial or allowed to walk if they cooperate fully.
Pity that system does not apply in Canada
