Because they don't really know what waits for them here. Well, that and they don't pay taxes, join the military and usually get paid under the table. Their kids still get to go to a USA school and they hospitals CAN'T refuse them. Not bad for them really.
Dude... get me a legal 2nd passport from a decent country (say... Panama) and I will wipe my ass with my American passport and mail it to the president himself.
