Seriously, 700x384? How could that ever be interpreted as 'HD'? You're just using this ill defined 'HD' buzzword to fuck over the customer.
To make this even more confusing, someone from your organization posted a very nice test promo sample. It was terrifically edited, nice graphics, and was encoded at 1280x720 at 5Mbps (or something like that) in H.264. Where is that quality? And again, why are you trying to sell that 700x384 shit?
You are just fucking over the entire 'HD' niche by associating that 700x384 quality with 'HD'.
