did they secure what needed to be secured? NO
fuck dood a mall is huge and just cause a shooting goes on in dillards don't mean get every officer to JC penney to stop the shooter from going in their next... you have to get in their and elemnate the threat... it sucks to do and when your first officer on the scene you have to put yourself in that situation... they chose to be police officers just like we choose to shoot porno you know everyday when you throw on that badge your a target.... and every officer knows that... for them to stay outside like that is pussy IMO... they could have went in to help people
