The bad news is that when you get it, good luck using it. It gets declined EVERYWHERE..... EVERY TIME. Regardless of what the customer service reps on the phone try to tell me that it wasn't declined the charge went through or that they don't see it being declined in their computer screen. If you want to take cash out at an ATM you can use it that way but you can only take out $300 according to their website. I've only been able to take out $100 successfully. You can PAY to upgrade the account to withdraw out $600 a day.
