CuteFtp is a nice and easy FTP proggy but if you want to do backups of your stuff then Ftp Voyager has a real nice synch option. Makes backing up your files easy as hell. Takes a while to do the intial synch ofcourse but after that you can schedule it to run daily/weekly/monthly.
