I was in Berlin last Sept and rented a car and went on a 4 hour drive to check out Neuschwanstein castle which was an awesome day trip.

So yes i have driven a car in europe, Berlin was a tough city to get out of into the country side.
also went to a Nazi concentration camp while in Berlin.
