 Why you think that is??? It is a criminal offense idiot.  It is also covered by various international conventions.

Even heard of the Convention for the Rights of the Child??  The only country on the planet who cannot offer their children the same rights under this charter is the US - bad example using child abuse to excuse your stupidity on international jurisdictions.
