used to go to bed at 4 am and wake up at 12-1pm or so for a while, just like the average webmaster

and I admit - it was a little fucked up
but now I go to bed at 10.30 pm and wake up at 6 am and it sucks as well
how should I change it? tried watching some movies etc in past few days but always stopped them at around 10.30 pm cause I was too tired
shit, am I getting old?
