personally i think picking up dog shit is ridiculous, then again i dont live in i highly dense population. When i lived in california , the rich assholes would always walk their dogs by my house to shit on my lawn ( they didnt have a lawn ) , then again maybe its just stupid dogs/owners . I wouldnt see as big of a problem inm not picking up dog shit if people didnt intentionally take their dogs to shit in their neighbours yards. My dog is pretty smart when i walk him he tries to take a shit in the neighbours yard but i say " HEY" and he stops..
