I guess this is another reason why I'm fine living in a country where things like the Landlords & Tenants act exists, the office of the rentalsman, etc. No landlord would get away with charging tenants in USD here, not sure why he can do it there. Isn't there some governing agency in Israel for this that can force him to get his head out of his ass?
I'm a landlord, in Canada, and I can only imagine what prospective tenants would say if I declared that rent was to be paid in US funds, and that I want more because of the lousy exchange. LOL
I'd go talk to a lawyer if I were you Opie.
