You know it might be good to think about what you are saying. Offering to pay someone to committe a felony and commissioning a crime across state lines is a Federal felony. Offering to pay someone via paypal which could result in the use of a federal banking institution is also a federal crime. I hope that anyone who is publicly offering to pay someone to comitte a crime is in a very safe location
