The areas I need work mostly other than general toning up is my luv handles and a bit on my gut. Arms Ill be doing curls for also high rep low weight. Ok blast me with critiques and best exercises to get there fast.

Just an update Ive been real lazy with my workout, but I have managed to drop almost 8lbs, and got a bit of toning done.
