Those types of pics are made with 3D programs like Poser and others. If you have 3D experience you're ahead of the game, if not, you have some learning ahead.

Some content producers sell that type of content. You can also get it custom made (there are lots of talented 3D artists out there) and/or you can make it yourself.

Most of the models are based on unimesh models which are like standard human figures, of different varieties, that you can alter and customize to your preferences. Props, scenes and costumes are also in abundance online.
