No company should be held hostage on a message board. People who choose to bitch and moan about their business matters in public are exactly the kind of people I personally would NOT want to do business with. Unfortunately (fortunately?) for Chris, because Epassporte is such a successful company and used by so many tens of thousands of people, there is bound to be a few idiots in the bunch.
Conducting business is all about relationships. No one wants to have a business relationship with someone who's first instinct is to go running to GFY every time they have a problem. It's 
cowardly and 
unprofessional and is usually a result of their own incompetence.
