Although there is a certain amount of leniency in the way laws are currently worded, you probably wouldn't have a great time if someone uploaded something illegal.
Ensure you have strict rules, approve everything and in the event of someone questioning the copyright or legality of anything, remove it immediately (ensure you have good email links on your pages to your customer service).

Thanks seanchai great words of wisdom! I was wondering about the 2257 law and I think I'll have a form page for people to fill out that will have fields for them to fill in their info when they send me their photos. And yes if someone questions something I'll remove it.
