Let me get this right...
You would like to have people pay you to see your website(s) by using xml feeds... Unless you have an actual business selling products and or services, your concept seems to be wrong somewhat !!!
Atom and RSS are the two main XML feed types used to mark-up your content so that people can choose to be informed about your products and or services automatically by adding your feed URL(s) to their feed reader... such feeds are good for informing your already developed group of individuals who are already using your service... There are companies who offer feeds for their content to their associates for marketing purposes, however unless you have an associate program, blog or service doing write ups and you would like your clients to be informed about current topics... I would suggest trying to get associates using good marketing practices and using PHP scripts as to make your life easier...
