Robbing the Turtle in Nintendo-Super Mario Brothers
on one of the levels, if you jump on a turtle just right, you trap him against the stairs and will begin bouncing on him many, many times... which gives you multiple lives.
I did this by accident, I think I had an orgasam when it happened.
