For the SECOND time in four months that I've bought content from "reputable" providers and been told that the 2257 docs come with the material ---- and lo and behold, after they have the money and I have the content, I'm told "we're still working on the docs" or "we're a broker and the shooters are supposedly getting us the docs."

HOW CAN YOU PUT CONTENT ON SALE WITHOUT THE DOCS, WHEN THE CONTENT IS USELESS WITHOUT DOCS AND YOU PROMISE THAT THE CONTENT COMES WITH DOCS???

To content providers: Would you be pissed if you bought a car and when you picked it up after paying for it, the VIN number had been scratched off, making the car illegal to use?
