The story says the DA will like be announcing this today or this week.
"The office of North Carolina Attorney General Roy Cooper will announce that he is dismissing all charges against three Duke Lacrosse players, ABC News has learned from sources close to the case."
SOME of the charges were dropped a while back, but the players were still on the hook for many of the charges. The news here is that the ENTIRE case -- all charges -- will be dropped.
