Mutt - If you are bankrolling that much shooting on a regular basis, hire a girl or really easygoing guy to co-ordinate for your photography team. Then place an ad in the OC Weekly.
I think you would be shocked how much you will save if you paid someone $250-350 a week to talk to each girl on the phone and hold their hand through things while keeping a booking schedule.
You will not be paying $700 per scene, and he or she can weed out the diamonds in the rough.
