I get a decent amount of traffic from some of the toplist I have joined. There's no way of me knowing if that particular traffic has lead to a sale. However, there is a direct correlation between my increase in traffic and my increased revenue.
The key is....design a site that people would want to jerk off to and the traffic will convert. LOL :-)
