i would never buy another ipod or any apple product.
service from apple sucks big time.
at least if you buy a product from anotehr vendor it is more Windows friendly and they have more competition as it's not an ïpod"but an MP3 player and will do more for you when it comes down to servicing your needs or concerns.
i would say apple comes pretty close to dell when it comes to shitty support.
