well... there's nothing illegal with your offer if every state and federal agent and prosecutors are going to believe that you are rewarding sales with "time and companionship only" - that also means proving that everyone in the adult business really believe that is what you are offering and you have to prove that is what you are offering. i think thats a difficult thing to prove. additionally, you have state laws - which close every loophole dreamed up like laws against promoting prostitution etc.
you can state it as a matter of fact... that its not an illegal offer. but when everyone knows and understands what the offer is... it doesn't matter what language you use. a jury is not going to believe that you are rewarding affiliates people with 300.00 - 500.00 per hour of time and companionship. that wouldn't make much sense.
the federal government loves to play semantics... mainly because they win most of the time.
furthermore, the escort has no obligation to provide any service that might entice the webmaster to send traffic... by your own admission.
