These changes are new - I have not seen anything from Google yet regarding this. Their Editorial Guidelines are still showing the old guidelines - mainly these two:





However since they are now banning words like:

Cams
Explicit
Sexy
XXX

Then its a major change from the Editorial Guidelines they have online, since none of these are offensive, inappropriate or explicit.
