I actually don't accept traffic from yours and other countries for just those reasons. And by you being an adult webmaster in the country where you live, you should ask yourself that same question, but you obviously know that answer.
BOTTOM LINE: If you do business with US citizens you have to abide by all US laws.
Truly amazes me how many people here run their business and haven't done as much as simply reading the laws...let alone abide by them.
