I said the program has grossed over 6 figures, I did not say it is making 6 figures monthly... don't read too far between the lines people.
The investment into the program along with some profit has already been recovered/made.
The program is in the green and ready to exchange hands with a group ready to take a shot at running a program.
Whoever buys it will get a turn-key solution with only $450 a month in expenses that you CAN eliminate if you have the option to, that would be the NATS lease & CARMA lease.
