I did not say anything about your poor English . . . I was addressing your comprehension skills, or lack thereof, as evidenced by the above response.
When my German friends start talking German around me I may not know the exact words they are using, but I understand what they are trying to say. That is where you are losing it. You know the words, you just don't understand the message.

There is no point in debating this with you as it is obvious you already hold a grudge against the USA, plus you don't understand English as well as you speak it, so it would make it extremely difficult to convince you of anything that you have not already convinced yourself as being factual.
