I have a cat and a dog,
there my first pets i ever had in my life,
i remembered going to the vet for the first time
and filled out some forms,, well one of the questions
said was
What does your pet mean to you?
1. Just a Pet 2. Just an Animal 3. Family member
i never understood what the difference was
but later i finally realized that they are family to me.
i treat them like they are my kids.
These animals were domisticated long time ago and by instinct learned that humans are here to takecare of them.
Its a damn shame how some people mistreat their trust
