holy sheep shit, thats all of tera particks info that a redacted ID would show, actually even more considering it gives place of birth as well. there is already a website that has thousands of adult performers info that a redacted iD would show. where is the problem? this is the way of the future the government has spoken, sink or swim.
Very true.

However, before anyone else wants to jump my shit.....

1. The law is the law.

2. All ID's, even redacted ones, are only given out with the MODELS CONSENT. For our solo girl sites, they all agreed. For webvirgins.com, about two years ago we changed our model release to incorporate giving out REDACTED ID's. Every model received a full explanation about what MIGHT occur and was given the option to disallow even redacted ID's to be given out. Those who chose not to allow it were still shot, we just don't use them for promo material for our affiliates.

3. ID's are not going to be handed out willy nilly. There will be a verification process.

4. Any freak that wanted a models information could just as easily get the actual model. If you have never shot content, trust me when I tell you that most of the agencies handling these models do LITTLE or NO verification of the identity/reputation/background of the photographers.

So anyway, bottom line is if you are a U.S. based webmaster and would like to promote our sites, we will insure that you are in compliance with the law. It honestly is the only right thing to do.
