It has been to court several times and thanks to the Bush Admin enforcement is now funded. This is highly unlikely I hate to bring you the bad news but it will never go away there are only two political parties in the U.S. and Ill put money on yet another republican in office this next time around.
The war is far from over in Iraq and will not be left to a democrate as it was last time in gulf war 1 and look what happened on 911 because of the lax way things were handled while Clinton played like a child with his saxaphone at the motels he frequented.
