Sure, still buying, but the prices are nowhere near what they were eg.. three years back. Ya got to hunt *very* hard to get good deals and got a guy doing that full time.
Depends on what you buy for and other considerations, but generally the prices are rising around.. according to govt stats, around 40-60%/year and it's still a good deal, but at a higher level if entering that market now.
One nice but crazy lady bought a patch at $5mill which is far more than the market value and when stories like that circulate - every landowner thinks they are sitting on millions :-)
