You go rob a store today and get out on probation and get caught breaking your probation and tell me that the judge isn't going to send to back to jail. Sure 17 years is a long time and much longer than he should have been in jail compared to todays sentences, but his original conviction was armed robbery.

You break probabtion and normally you go back and serve your full sentace.
This is the law for white men with good lawyers, the law for black men with bad lawyers is different. The article proves it.
