Forget the noble causes Sticky - it's called cheap labor and perhaps a few "illegal aliens" can be a source of white snorting powder which apparently is much in demand in "civilized world"
PS An aside - Ironically... the source countries for drugs do not have a "drugs problem" on the level of "civilization" - it's a "civilized world stupidity problem". They can't stop sorting shit and actually pay for it.
