Random sidenote he got contempt for failure to engage in meaningful settlement. The order was was suspended pending an unconditional settlement but he reinstated the order in an emergency hearing Wednesday after attorneys said Joe had altered the conditions of the offer, making it unacceptable to their clients.
It was not for bitching at a judge and this was a civil case not criminal
