hmmm...i know that we are currently having the lowest decline rates in almost 6 months on both new and rebilling transactions. Since the new IPSP rules took effect we have seen a nice increase in bank approvals (the most common reason most cards get declined is by the bank, not the fraud scrubbing).
Insufficient funds declines did increase last week, but that is normal due to Christmas
