I know quite a few programs taking advantage of P2P as a fresh traffic source to their sites (although I wouldn't think it converts great since the people are seking free porn, the same could be said for free sites)

I am not sure what your point is. How does this relate to Badoink?
Let's not try to blur the line here. Badoink engineered their software to connect to any p2p network. Therefore, any of their users could download anything from any p2p network. There is no grey area.
