i belive that all i show i under the fair use and the newsworthyness treaty
and under my laws any captures / edits / collages that is 100% under newsworthyness, fair use, and I hold the copyright, no matter where the images comes from..
5 or 7 years ago there was a case with a guy who had made 2 edits from playboy and altered 2 other images allso from playboy, where he made the tits bigger - he won as he holds the copyright
regarding the epass : that 1% is removed, that was a standards thing from the affiliate script i had missed - epass is free and wire cost what it cost.. and thats it.
in a months time, i'll be moving to bi weekly and then later to payout on epassporte once a week if people wants it
