they literally STOLE $1300 from us when we lived in LA, admitted to it and said it would be credited to our account, when we said that we closed our account with them they said, and I quote, "we are sorry then, there is nothing we can do"....we then decided to do a lot of research about what they did to us and found at least 20-30 more people in only 3 days that had the same thing happen
