The site has never been advertised. It has never been marketed. It is listed on only a handful of link lists. And it is listed on only a few search engines. Yet despite that, YoungStuds.com receives over 100 visitors a day based solely on search engines and type-ins. And despite the fact that barely a drop of effort has ever gone into promoting the site and despite the fact that I spend less than one hour each week on the site, it still NETTED me $20,000 in 2002. (And 2002 was the worst year the site ever had.)
If you are an experienced webmaster, then it is simply a matter of promoting the site or otherwise getting traffic flowing to it and the bucks will start coming in. Your $25,000 investment can easily be earned back in a matter of months. The site is a money-making-machine that is already up and running and proven to work.
Finally, YoungStuds.com is truly a killer domain name. It is an easy-to-brand name and can obviously expand into many other ventures and venues including videos and magazines.
That's why the site is worth $25,000. If not more.

I don't doubt that someone could make money with the site, but it's a little silly to say "It isn't making much now but you should give me $25,000 because it _could_ make money." Shoulda, coulda and woulda don't put food on the table or dollars in the bank. You have to expect people to make offers based on what the site actually earns, not on some imaginary number of dollars that it might make if you do this and if you do that, etc.
