Yes I understand that but do they have to pay a tax for EACH DEPICTION everytime it is sold?
If so then what about the grounding of U.S. made content dating from now back to November,1 1990 if it is used outside the U.S. is it taxed?
As of now I dont think it is I could be wrong on this though.
I.E. Lets say your in germany and thats where you run your bizz and you are a secdondary producer and you sell your content to someone else say in Egypt if it is a U.S. made film do you pay a tax?
I would say no and if you do its not a tax to the U.S. gov in this instance what I am saying is that any content shot in the U.S. on or after November,1 1990 would be property of the U.S. government Via sanction 2257 and therefore be subject to a tax payed in full to the U.S. government only.
