I've never had any issues with CCBill support. In fact they're one of the few Internet based companies you can rely to always pick-up the phone. And I'm not just talking from a program owner's perspective.
When I was an affiliate pushing other programs long before I had my own program or any pay sites they always were there when I needed support. Nothing ever went ignored or unresloved. And yes I'm tallking about way back when I was only sending a couple hundred dollars a month (if that) as an affiliate pushing a couple of sponsors.
I'd also be interested in hearing what your relationship with CCS is. Are you simply using their services or do you have ownership in CCS?
