There is a big difference here, AFF stop Zango because "they have driven the price of traffic up so much that it is no longer profitable for us to continue buying ads from Zango." and Guba i think is still doing the same thing.
We didn't steal traffic, content or money, we only had a link to P2P and we removed it. I think what really counts here are the intentions to do the right thing.
